Production Process:
- Smelting: High quality 904L stainless steel raw materials are melted in an electric arc furnace or induction furnace, with strict control over the content and proportion of alloy elements.
- Hot rolling: After continuous casting or forging, the melted steel block is rolled by a hot rolling mill to reduce its thickness.
- Pickling: Removing oxide scale and impurities from the surface of hot-rolled steel strip.
- Cold rolling: further reducing the thickness of the steel strip, improving flatness and dimensional accuracy.
- Annealing: Restoring the plasticity of cold-rolled steel strip.
- Surface treatment: Grinding, polishing and other treatments are carried out to improve surface smoothness and aesthetics.
