2. Technical advantages
Production process
The "hot rolling + cold drawing/cold rolling" composite process is adopted, combined with post-process technologies such as solution treatment, pickling and passivation to ensure that the product has:
- High strength: tensile strength ≥520MPa, elongation ≥35%;
- Corrosion resistance: passed the SSC (hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion) test, suitable for extreme environments;
- Precision size: tolerance control up to ±0.5mm, meeting the needs of high-end equipment manufacturing.

3. R&D and Innovation
- Jointly build a "Stainless Steel Pipe Joint Laboratory" with the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University to overcome the problem of material stability under high temperature and high pressure environment;
- Independently develop "multi-roll cold rolling forming technology" to reduce the surface roughness (Ra) of the pipe to below 0.8μm, reaching the mirror-grade standard.
