Our stainless steel RF (Raised Face) plate flanges are forged from ASTM A182 F316 stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance in aggressive environments. The raised face sealing surface concentrates gasket compression onto a defined raised area (typically 1.6mm for Class 300), achieving higher sealing pressure with less bolt torque compared to flat face alternatives. This ANSI B16.5 Class 300 rated design is the industry standard for medium-pressure applications across chemical processing, oil and gas, and industrial fluid handling.
