Working Principle
The gauge operates using a Bourdon tube mechanism. When pressure enters the curved tube, it tends to straighten proportionally to the applied pressure.
This mechanical movement is transmitted through a linkage system to rotate the pointer on the dial.
The glycerin-filled housing dampens vibration caused by compressor pulsation, ensuring stable and readable output.
It is used to reduce vibration and improve reading stability in air compressor and pneumatic systems.
Bottom mount means the pressure connection is located at the bottom of the gauge for direct pipeline installation.
It is mainly used in air compressor and pneumatic systems, not high-pressure hydraulic systems.
