Stainless steel extruder screen packs are made from wire mesh cloth that used for the plastic melt filtration and polymer extrude. The round extruder screen include with borders and without borders, from single layer to multi-layers. And compressed edges also offered. The shape we can design are round, square, rectangle, kidney shape, oval, and other special shape.

Stainless steel extruder screen is acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, heat-resisting and wear-resisting.
Extruder screens made from stainless steel woven wire cloth have demonstrated superior performance in melt filtration, as this material excels in durability and chemical resistance. They are used in filtrating and sieving for mining, plastic, rubber, oil, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, machine making, scientific research industries.
Material: Woven wire cloth of stainless steel 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310. single layer and multilayer.
