Nickel Alloy X-750 | UNS N07750 | 2.4669 | Inconel X-750
Shaanxi Shangyou Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. supplies Nickel Alloy X-750, also known as Inconel X-750, identified as UNS N07750 and Werkstoff 2.4669, in plate, sheet, strip, round bar, rod, wire, and forging forms. Our Alloy X-750 products can be supplied according to ASTM B637 / ASME SB-637 for bar, rod and forgings; AMS 5542 and AMS 5598 for sheet, strip and plate; and AMS 5698 / AMS 5699 for wire products .
Nickel Alloy X-750 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy, similar to Alloy 600 but made age-hardenable through the addition of aluminum (0.40-1.00%) and titanium (2.25-2.75%) . The alloy is strengthened by precipitation of γ' phase Ni3(Al,Ti) within the austenitic matrix following controlled thermal processing . It offers high tensile and creep-rupture strength up to approximately 704°C (1,300°F), oxidation resistance to 982°C (1,800°F), and excellent relaxation resistance, making it a preferred material for high-temperature spring and fastener applications . The alloy also maintains excellent properties at cryogenic temperatures and resists chloride stress-corrosion cracking .
