Product Overview

We offer premium super duplex stainless steel plates in three high-performance grades:

• UNS S32205 (2205) – Standard Duplex (often grouped with super duplex due to widespread use)
• UNS S32750 (2507) – True Super Duplex
• UNS S32550 (Ferralium® 255) – High-Strength Super Duplex with Copper

Available in thicknesses from 3.0 mm to 30.0 mm, these hot-rolled, solution-annealed plates deliver outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC)—especially in aggressive environments like seawater, chemical processing, offshore oil & gas, and desalination plants.

All plates are manufactured to international standards (ASTM A240, EN 10088-2) and supplied with full mill certification, ensuring reliability for critical applications.

Note: While S32205 is technically a standard duplex, it is frequently included in super duplex discussions due to its superior performance over 300-series austenitics. S32750 and S32550 are true super duplex alloys with PREN ≥ 40.

Grade Comparison: Chemical & Mechanical Properties

PREN Formula: %Cr + 3.3×%Mo + 16×%N
Higher PREN = better resistance to localized corrosion in chloride-rich media.

All three alloys are unsuitable for continuous service below -50°C due to potential ferrite embrittlement.
