Product Overview

We supply high-quality hot-rolled Duplex 2205 stainless steel plates manufactured by TISCO (Tianjin Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd.), one of China’s most reputable and ISO-certified stainless steel producers. Available in standard sizes of 1500×3000 mm, 1500×6000 mm, and 2000×6000 mm, with thicknesses ranging from 4.0 mm to 30.0 mm, these plates meet stringent international standards for performance in demanding corrosive and high-stress environments.

Grade 2205 (UNS S32205 / S31803, EN 1.4462) is a duplex stainless steel combining approximately 50% ferrite and 50% austenite, offering twice the yield strength of 304/316 grades and exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC)—especially in chloride-containing media such as seawater, chemical plants, and oil & gas facilities.

All plates are solution-annealed and quenched post-rolling to ensure optimal microstructure and corrosion performance.
