X10CrMoVNb9-1 Alloy Steel Seamless Pipes for High-temperature Service T91/P91 (X10CrMoVNb9-1) are premium ferritic-martensitic steel pipes micro-alloyed with vanadium and niobium, manufactured according to ASTM A335, A213, and EN 10216-2 standards.
Primary Applications
These alloy steel pipes are specifically designed for fossil-fueled power plants, serving critical roles in:
Superheater and reheater tubes
Headers and steam piping systems
Main steam and hot reheat lines
Performance Advantages
Excellent elevated-temperature strength and creep resistance up to 580°C - 600°C
Superior corrosion and oxidation resistance with 9% chromium content
Enhanced thermal fatigue resistance through reduced component weight
Higher heat transfer coefficients compared to austenitic steels
Lower thermal expansion coefficients for improved stability
Custom nominal and minimum wall thicknesses available upon request. Non-standard OD & ID dimensions can be furnished to meet specific project requirements.
Alternative Manufacturing Options
When size, wall thickness, quantity, or delivery requirements cannot be met by A/SA335 specifications, we offer pipes from turned and bored forgings in accordance with A/SA369 specifications. Available grades include FP11, FP22, FP5, FP9, FP91, and FP92.
