EN 10207 covers steels for simple pressure vessels, defined as any welded vessel subject to internal gauge pressure greater than 0.5 bar intended to contain air or nitrogen without firing.
Steel certified to EN 10207 P265S is available as plate, cut plate, or profiles (cut shapes).
EN 10207 P265S is pressure-purpose steel with minimum yield strength of 265 MPa and specified mechanical properties at elevated temperatures.
Material is delivered in normalized condition or equivalent condition obtained by normalized rolling.
