Our company has a large stainless steel processing center covering 6000 square meters, equipped with laser cutting, water knife cutting, hot rolling oil mill, shock wave, embossing, large-scale shear bending, straightening, and dry product production. We provide customers with high quality, high efficiency stainless steel processing and distribution service.
The most professional stainless steel processing includes super power laser cutting with 4 meters × 18 meters platform, capable of fast and accurate drawing and cutting sheet metal production from various CAD graphics. Large heavy tonnage washing machine with leveling system can process lentil flower, Japanese fine flower, coarse flower patterns, and custom designs for professional production of stop skateboard, car bottom plate, retaining board, manhole well cover, mechanical equipment, etc.
We also feature 1.5m flat embossing and the clearest T-shaped flower patterns. Our shear bending forming straightening series includes 11 meters large bending machine, 6.5 meters 16mm plate shearing machines (2 sets), and 16×300mm straightening machine. We operate full brake dry polishing machines (2 sets) that can directly polish stainless steel hot rolled plate into various mesh surface steel plates. Our hot rolling mill reaches up to 2100mm width with automatic lifting platform for cleaning and drying complete set of equipment.
