301 Full-Hard Stainless Steel Strip is a high-strength, cold-rolled austenitic stainless steel offering exceptional hardness, durability, and corrosion resistance. Ideal for applications requiring robust mechanical properties and formability, this alloy is work-hardened to achieve maximum tensile strength while retaining the inherent benefits of stainless steel.
High Strength: Cold-rolled to full-hard temper, delivering superior tensile and yield strength.
Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to oxidation, moisture, and mild chemical environments.
Formability: Retains workable formability for bending and light shaping despite its hardened state.
Surface Finish: Smooth, uniform 2B, BA, or custom finishes available.
Temperature Resistance: Performs reliably in temperatures up to 870°C (1600°F).
