Product Description:
Duplex stainless steel 2205 has twice the compressive strength compared to austenitic stainless steel, and designers can reduce its weight compared to 316L and 317L. The 2205 alloy is particularly suitable for use in the -- 50°F/+600°F temperature range and even lower temperatures under tight restrictions (especially for welded structures).
