Description

Large diameter welded pipes generally adopt double-face submerged arc welding process, which can be divided into large-mouth straight seam welded pipes and large-diameter spiral welded pipes according to the different welding seams. The straight seam pipes can be divided into UOE, RBE and JCOE steel pipes.
According to the different forming methods.Mouth straight seam welded pipe production technology is simple, high production efficiency, low cost, and the intensity of large diameter spiral welded pipe generally higher than the straight seam welded pipe, large diameter welded pipe is mainly used in large water conveyance pipeline engineering, gas engineering, urban pipe network construction, municipal engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, large steel structure construction, pile foundation and so on.The main detection method of large diameter welded pipe is flaw detection.
