Product Description

Nickel-based alloy is a kind of alloy with high strength and corrosion resistance at 650 ~ 1000℃.
It is further subdivided into nickel-based heat resistant alloys, nickel-based corrosion resistant alloys, nickel-based wear resistant alloys, nickel-based precision alloys and nickel-based shape memory alloys.
According to different substrates, superalloys can be divided into iron - based superalloys, nickel - based superalloys and cobalt - based superalloys.
Nickel-based superalloy is referred to as nickel-based alloy.
Representative materials of nickel-based alloys are:
1. Incoloy alloy, such as Incoloy800, is mainly composed of;32 ni - cr - 21 Ti, Al;It belongs to heat-resistant alloy;
2. Inconel alloy, such as Inconel600, mainly consists of:Ni - cr 15-73 Ti, Al;It belongs to heat-resistant alloy;

At 650 ~ 1000℃ high temperature, it has high strength and certain anti-oxidation corrosion ability. Due to high enough high temperature strength and anti-oxidation corrosion ability, it is often used to manufacture high temperature parts on aircraft engine blades and rocket engines, nuclear reactors and energy conversion equipment.
