Product Description
Monel400 is a kind of corrosion resistant alloy with the largest amount, the widest application and excellent comprehensive performance.This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas medium, and also has excellent corrosion resistance to hot concentrated alkali solution.It is also resistant to corrosion of neutral solution, water, seawater, atmosphere and organic compounds.An important feature of the alloy is that it generally does not produce stress corrosion cracks and has good cutting performance.
MONEL k-500 alloy has the same corrosion resistance as 400, but has higher mechanical strength and hardness.
Good resistance to heat and corrosion and long-term stability of microstructure.
Mainly used in the manufacture of aircraft engine working temperature below 750 ℃ on the turbine blade and gas turbine blades;Used for making fasteners and springs on ships;Pumps on chemical equipment
