40cr round bar features: modulation of carbon steel , cold heading die steel. The steel affordable, easily processed, after appropriate heat treatment can be obtained by a certain toughness , ductility and wear resistance. Normalizing can promote tissue ball , improved cutting hardness of less than 160HBS blank . Tempering temperature 550 ~ 570 ℃, the steel has the best mechanical properties. The steel hardenability than 45 steel , suitable for induction hardening , flame quenching surface hardening treatment.
