1. Raw Material Preparation: Prepare the required alloy materials, typically including nickel, chromium, iron, and other metals.
2. Mixing and Melting: Mix various metal materials in certain proportions and melt them at high temperatures to form alloy liquid.
3. Continuous Casting: Pour the alloy liquid into continuous casting molds to form long ingots.
4. Hot Rolling: Hot-roll the long ingots to gradually reduce their diameter to the desired size.
5. Acid Pickling and Deoxidation Treatment: Acid pickling and deoxidation treatment of the hot-rolled bars to remove surface oxide layers and impurities.
6. Cold Drawing: Cold-draw the acid-treated bars to further reduce the diameter and increase density.
7. Heat Treatment: Heat-treat the cold-drawn bars to improve their mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
8. Surface Treatment: Surface treatment of the heat-treated bars, such as polishing, acid pickling, etc., to improve surface quality.
9. Cutting and Inspection: Cut the bars to the desired lengths and perform quality inspection.
10. Packaging and Storage: Package the qualified bars and store them properly for sale or use.
