Alloy Grade: 6063 Aluminum Alloy - A classic Al-Mg-Si heat-treatable alloy, specifically optimized for extrusion processing and mechanical structural applications. It has a balanced combination of strength, toughness and ductility, making it ideal for machinery components that require both load-bearing capacity and formability.
Chemical Composition - Strictly controlled magnesium (Mg) and silicon (Si) content, low impurity elements (Fe, Cu, Mn ≤ 0.35%), uniform internal grain structure, no pores, slag inclusions or internal cracks, ensuring consistent mechanical performance batch by batch.
Temper Options - Mainly T5 (air-cooled after extrusion + artificial aging) and T6 (solution heat treatment + artificial aging), customizable according to machinery use requirements. T5 temper offers moderate strength and good dimensional stability; T6 temper provides higher hardness and tensile strength for heavy-load mechanical parts.
Raw Material Advantage - Adopts high-purity primary aluminum ingot (aluminum content ≥ 99.7%), instead of recycled aluminum, ensuring better corrosion resistance, longer service life and more stable processing performance.
Extrusion & Structural Precision Attributes
Precision Extrusion Technology - Advanced hot extrusion equipment and professional mold design, ensuring smooth extrusion forming, dense internal organization, and no surface defects. The extrusion temperature is strictly controlled at 500-550℃, optimizing the alloy structure for better mechanical properties.
Dimensional Accuracy - Strict tolerance control: side length, thickness, straightness and parallelism tolerance up to ±0.05mm, meeting the precision assembly requirements of machinery parts. The profile surface is flat, edges are neat, and there is no warping or deformation.
Section Customization - Support all kinds of non-standard section designs, including rectangular, square, round, special-shaped (grooved, convex, hollow) profiles, tailored according to machinery drawings and assembly needs. Customizable wall thickness (0.8mm-20mm) and length (1m-12m).
Structural Stability - After strict stress relief treatment, internal residual stress is eliminated, effectively preventing deformation during cutting, drilling, welding and long-term use, ensuring the structural stability of machinery components.
Mechanical & Functional Performance Attributes
Balanced Mechanical Performance - Tensile strength: 180-260MPa (T5/T6), yield strength: 110-240MPa, elongation: ≥8%, ensuring sufficient load-bearing capacity and impact resistance for machinery frames, brackets and transmission parts.
Lightweight & High Rigidity - Density of 2.7g/cm³, much lighter than steel, which can reduce the overall weight of machinery, lower energy consumption during operation, and facilitate installation and maintenance. At the same time, it has high structural rigidity, not easy to bend or deform under load.
Excellent Corrosion Resistance - Natural oxidation resistance, and can be further enhanced by anodizing, spraying and other surface treatments. It can resist moisture, oil, weak acid and alkali in the machinery working environment, preventing rust and extending the service life of machinery parts.
Good Wear Resistance - The surface of the extruded profile is smooth and dense, with good wear resistance, suitable for mechanical parts that need frequent contact or movement, reducing friction loss during operation.
Machinability & Processing Attributes
Superior Machinability - Easy to cut, drill, tap, mill, punch and CNC deep processing. The cutting section is smooth and free of burrs, which can save secondary processing time and cost, improving production efficiency for machinery manufacturing.
