Compared with standard TP304, TP304L contains a lower carbon content (maximum 0.03%), which significantly improves weldability and reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding. This makes it particularly suitable for fabrication, field welding, and corrosive service environments.
The pipe has a 168.3 mm outside diameter and a 3.40 mm wall thickness, providing an excellent balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and weight. It is manufactured in accordance with ASME B36.19M dimensional requirements and is available in standard or custom lengths to meet different project needs.
