Our 304 Stainless Steel Hexagonal Bar is manufactured from premium AISI 304 / UNS S30400 stainless steel using a precision cold-drawn (S30) process, providing excellent dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, and superior mechanical properties. Available in 7–100 mm across flats (AF), these solid hexagonal rods are widely used for machining precision fasteners, nuts, bolts, shafts, valves, fittings, and mechanical components.
Featuring outstanding corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and good machinability, 304 stainless steel hex bars are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications in construction, machinery manufacturing, food processing, automotive, and general engineering industries.
