This 316L welded stainless steel pipe features premium BA bright annealed surface finish, tailored strictly for medical and high-standard industrial environments. Different from food-grade seamless pipes, ordinary structural pipes and various solid bars mentioned before, this product takes sanitary performance, ultra-clean surface and chemical stability as the core design, combining reliable welded forming technology and professional cutting service. The low-carbon 316L formula plus BA special surface treatment makes it fully compliant with medical hygiene and precision industrial usage norms. It is widely adopted in medical device assembly, pharmaceutical processing and laboratory fluid systems, serving as a high-purity pipeline solution for high-standard application scenarios.
316L is the preferred material for medical and pharmaceutical industries, and its performance is far superior to conventional 304 stainless steel. The added molybdenum element greatly enhances resistance to chloride corrosion, disinfectants, medical reagents and various chemical solvents, avoiding pitting and rust in long-term contact with medical liquids and sterilizing agents.
Its ultra-low carbon composition effectively prevents intergranular corrosion at weld seams. Even after repeated welding, high-temperature disinfection and cyclic cold-hot alternation, the pipe structure and anti-corrosion performance will not decline, eliminating hidden risks for long-term safe operation. The material itself is non-toxic, non-precipitating and biologically inert, will not react with medical media, drugs and body contact parts, fully meeting medical safety and biocompatibility requirements.
Compared with industrial ordinary pipes, this batch of raw materials undergoes strict impurity control. Harmful elements are kept to the minimum, suitable for high-purity fluid transmission environments that have extremely high requirements on medium cleanliness.
BA finish is the key differentiation of this pipe from common pickled or brushed steel pipes. After bright annealing treatment under controlled atmosphere, the inner and outer walls present uniform mirror-bright surface, with ultra-low surface roughness.
Firstly, the dense and smooth surface hardly adheres to dust, liquid residues and microorganisms. It simplifies high-frequency cleaning and disinfection work in medical and pharmaceutical workshops, and effectively inhibits bacterial reproduction. Secondly, no oxide layer or metal debris falls off the BA surface during use, ensuring the purity of transported gas and liquid, which is critical for pharmaceutical production and laboratory precision pipelines.
In addition, the BA surface has excellent wear resistance and anti-fingerprint performance. It will not fade or lose luster after long-term manual operation, disassembly and repeated wiping, maintaining stable appearance and performance for years.
This product adopts fine high-frequency welded forming process. Different from rough ordinary welded pipes, we conduct precise seam rolling and post-weld homogenization treatment. The weld seam is flat and flush with the pipe body, no protrusion or gap, which will not cause fluid turbulence or residue accumulation during medium delivery.
After welding, integral bright annealing is carried out to release welding stress, so the pipe will not deform or crack under normal working pressure and temperature changes. The whole pipe has uniform wall thickness and stable roundness, with good air tightness and pressure resistance, fully adapting to the working pressure of medical equipment and industrial circulating pipelines.

This pipe can withstand various common disinfection methods in medical scenarios, including high-temperature steam sterilization, alcohol and disinfectant wiping, as well as ultraviolet disinfection. The surface and material structure remain unchanged after repeated sterilization.
