The biggest feature of 309 stainless steel rod is its super high-temperature oxidation resistance and thermal stability. Compared with 304H high-temperature steel (max 900°C resistance), 309 is upgraded with higher chromium content, which can stably resist continuous high temperature of 1050°C–1100°C for a long time. It will not produce severe surface oxidation, peeling and thermal brittle failure under long-term high-temperature radiation and alternating cold and hot working conditions, which is the core advantage that distinguishes it from all ordinary 300-series stainless steel rods.

We adopt secondary refining and high-temperature homogenization rolling process for 309 stainless steel rods. The high-chromium alloy structure is fully forged, with extremely low internal impurity content, dense grain arrangement and uniform overall performance.
