1. Do you provide samples ?
Yes, we can provide free samples on some specific models, and only charge the basic fee of shipment. 2. How long is your delivery time?
Generallv if is 3-7days if ihe aoods are in stock. or it is 8-30 davs if ihe goods are nof in sfock, if is according fo quanfity.
3. How can l order?
(1) Message us on with preferred model and customization if any, our sales rep would reach out to you with pricing and lead time asap. (
2) A golden sample will be provided after we receive the deposit(50%)
(3) When the golden sample is confirmed, we would proceed with mass production.
(4) Finished products will be shipped to you after we receive the balance payment (50%).
4. Is it okay to print my logo on the products and package?
Yes, all models are available for customization.
5.How long can I get the products after I pay?
It depends on the models. For generic products that we have in stock, we can ship it out in the second day after we receive the payment, and it is estimated to arrive at your place within 5-7 days. For customized products, it normally takes around 10 days for mass production, and 7 days for shipment. 6. What is your terms of Payments?
[1) Trade Assurance. Any trade disputes, will guarantee your and compensate all of your loss. [
2) T/T: 5O% deposit prior to mass production, and 5O% balance before the delivery. Pictures and videos will be provided before the balance payment.
