Flat and Bend Glass Tempering Furnace
The furnace includes loading table,top and bottom full forced air convection heating section , cross bending section, quenching and cooling section, unloading table, and control system. It is used to manufacture flat and bending tempered glass for furniture, home appliance, architecture glass, car side windows etc.
1. Dual Function — Flat & Bent Glass in One Machine
Combined flat & bent glass tempering in a single furnace, ideal for furniture, home appliances, architectural glass, and automotive side windows
Mould-free bending: upper and lower rollers deform to form a curved clearance that acts as a "virtual mould" — saves mould cost and changeover time
Tempering during forming: bending section, tempering section, and forming section are integrated into one unit, boosting process efficiency
2. Advanced Technology, Superior Quality
Top & bottom full forced convection heating: compressed air sprays hot air onto soft-coated Low-E glass
surfaces — capable of processing both soft & hard coated Low-E glass; switchable to pure radiation mode for clear float glass
Hydraulic high-precision bending adjustment system (11KW, 21Mpa): high arc accuracy; wide radius & thickness range (R≥900mm for 5-6mm; R≥2000mm for 12-19mm)
Excellent flatness & even quenching: alloy sections and steel sheet are cold-riveted to avoid heat-welding deformation; upper/lower quench units feature linkage + individual drives for precise nozzle height and balanced air volume control
Uniform heating: heating elements in matrix layout; glass oscillates automatically inside the furnace for even heat distribution
3. Energy-Efficient & High Productivity
Low energy consumption: ≤4kWh/m² for flat (5mm); ≤4.8kWh/m² for bent (5mm)
High output: 18–22 loads/hour for 4mm glass
Finished product rate ≥98%, compliant with ANSI Z97.1-2004
Frequency-inverter-controlled blowers for energy savings
