Upper and lower quenches with linkage and individual drives allow precise control of air nozzle height
Balanced upper/lower air volume control ensures optimum heat exchange on both glass surfaces — excellent flatness of finished tempered glass
4. Passing Technology — Significant Energy Saving
For 4–5mm glass production, no need to start large blowers .Saves approximately 60% of quenching energy and reduces installed power

Loading table automatically conveys glass to furnace entrance with roller stop positioning; computer control system commands furnace entry
