This machine is designed for grinding/polishing bevel edge, with bottom edge grinding. Conveyors use chain transmitting system which consist of anti-friction rubber pads with NO.40# forging steel bone. Timing belt are used in loading and unloading arms to carry glass, which has a stable transportation. Adopt frequency conversion as main conveyor .Grinding wheels are driven by high precision CDQC motors.

1. Highly automated and 'one-stop' processing
Glass beveling machines generally have a high degree of automation, which can continuously complete multiple processes such as rough grinding, fine grinding, trimming the bottom edge, and polishing in one go. Some high-end models also integrate PLC computer control systems and HMI touch screens. Operators only need to input parameters such as glass thickness, bevel width, angle, etc., and the equipment can automatically adjust and execute accurately, greatly reducing the difficulty of manual intervention.
2. High processing accuracy and excellent edge effect
In order to ensure the quality of the finished product, high-quality beveling machines are meticulously designed in terms of mechanical structure. The base and front and rear beams are usually made of thick cast iron and undergo aging annealing heat treatment to ensure that the machine is not easily deformed or shaken during long-term operation. At the same time, grinding head drag plates often use integral dovetail sliding plates or precision guide rails, combined with high-precision motors specifically designed for beveled edges, to achieve grinding accuracy of 0.01mm level, ensuring straight beveled edges and high diagonal accuracy, and achieving mirror level effects after polishing.
3. Advanced transmission system, smooth and efficient operation
This new structure has lower friction and energy consumption. It not only allows for the processing of smaller glass sizes (such as 25 * 25mm mosaics), but also can withstand thicker and heavier large glass plates. The oblique angle range can also be expanded to 0-45 °. In addition, the equipment often adopts continuously variable speed or variable frequency motor speed regulation, which ensures a stable feed speed and further improves processing efficiency and yield.
4. Structural design and durability
The clamping system (front and rear pressure plates) of the beveling machine is usually made of special steel such as 40Cr, forged and thickened, and subjected to carburizing heat treatment and high hardness rubber coating. It has excellent wear resistance and a lifespan several times longer than ordinary high-frequency treated clamping plates. A reasonable lubrication system and high-quality stainless steel water tank design not only ensure that the equipment is always in the best condition, but also avoid the risk of edge scratches and operator injuries.
5. Strong flexibility and customization ability
Modern beveling machines provide rich adjustment mechanisms for glass of different thicknesses and sizes. For example, by moving the front guide rail or using the "front beam lifting" technology, it is easy to adapt to workpieces of different thicknesses; The modular design of the grinding wheel holder also facilitates quick replacement of small diameter grinding wheels, meeting special processing requirements such as small-sized mosaic tiles.
