Machine Introduction
ST11.353A Glass Straight‑Line Edging Machine is designed for grinding and polishing the bottom edge and arris of flat glass in various sizes and thicknesses. It is equipped with 3 grinding wheels for front chamfer, 3 grinding wheels for rear chamfer and 5 grinding wheels for bottom edge. The main drive adopts variable‑frequency speed regulation, and the conveying speed can be electrically adjusted directly on the control panel.
Coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing for bottom edge, as well as coarse & fine grinding for arrises can be finished in one pass, delivering excellent polishing gloss. The machine features simple commissioning and user‑friendly operation with stable performance, which is a cost‑effective option for flat‑glass straight‑edge processing.
