Key Features & Operation
The feeding section is equipped with high‑pressure pre‑washing with water pressure above 10 bar.
The conveying speed is controlled by frequency conversion. Glass thickness clearance is adjusted electrically.
Four‑stage independent water tanks are fitted with parallel water‑supply switches, water‑heating units and an automatic fresh‑water replenishment system.
Multi‑stage high‑performance air knives adopt a combined stainless‑steel and aluminium‑alloy structure with a three‑section airflow design.
Glass thickness adjustment is motor‑driven. The maximum inner maintenance opening height reaches 350 mm.
Four pairs of upper‑and‑lower brushes plus a dedicated Low‑E brush satisfy high‑standard glass‑cleaning requirements.
