(1) Test Items
This armature testing machine test the bar-bar resistance, welding resistance, dielectric strength(Hi-pot),
insulation resistance and turn-turn insulation,the test items can be showed all on screen,
Or you can select one item and show it individually,
The loading and testing mode could be shifted by sliding the safety cover.
The testing panel starts testing once the safety cover being slid upon the working station.

(3) Statistical function
The testing machine automatically saves the test data of each product,

Statistics interface display content:
1.Total number of armature tested.
2.Number of qualified products (Passing rate).
3.The number of unqualified products (the rate of unqualified productsthe items that failed in each test can be counted separately)
(4) Optional functions( additional cost is needed)
1. Reading of barcode or QR code
The serial number of the tested product can be read according to the barcode or QR code type format determined by the customer, so that the product serial number corresponds to the product test data one-to-one.
2. Laser marking device, coding device or label printing
It can be connected with the equipment to configure marking device, coding device or label printing to mark and identify the qualified or unqualified products after the test.
3. Unqualified NG product stack
It is used to store unqualified NG products after testing. The operator must put the unqualified products tested to the designated location before the equipment can start the next test. Avoid misplacement of products.
4. Automatic assembly line coordination
It is used to cooperate with the IO control and communication control of the automated assembly line to facilitate independent integration to complete the needs of overall automated production.
5. Database function
After networking, the test data can be automatically uploaded to the server and saved in EXCEL format. The two-dimensional code scanning system is integrated, that is, the two-dimensional code on the motor is scanned before the motor test starts. The two-dimensional code corresponds to the test data of the motor one by one for easy tracing
(5) Machine advanages
