本设备由主机床身,固定式尾架顶针,可调式带夹紧的顶针,数控分度装置,伺服滑台及下刻伺服组件机构组成.换向器下刻分度采用伺服电机数控分度装置,下刻头进给及定位由数控伺服系统定位后,全自动数控加工,配有一套废料收集吸尘装置.
The equipment is composed of the main machine, fixed tail frame thimble, adjustable thimble with clamping, CNC indexing device, servo slide and undercutting servo assembly mechanism. The commutator undercutting indexing adopts servo motor CNC indexing device, after the feeding and positioning of the undercutting head are positioned by the CNC servo system, the automatic CNC machining is carried out, and a set of waste collection and dust suction device is equipped.
