Product Overview
High-precision, fully customized industrial-grade centrifugal compressor impeller manufactured using Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy integral laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) additive manufacturing process. Features seamless integrated structure with geometric contour accuracy of ±0.02mm (micrometer level) and dynamic balance level G0.4 (residual unbalance ≤ 0.1 g*mm/kg).
Meets strict standards of API 610 and ISO 13709 for extreme working condition rotors. Surface composite PVD TiAlN hard coating (0.3-0.5μm) with laser cladding NiCrBSi transition layer withstands strong corrosive media including concentrated hydrochloric acid, wet hydrogen sulfide, and chlor-alkali electrolyte at ultra-high speeds of 30,000-45,000 RPM.
