Hardness HRA ≥ 90 with wear resistance improved by more than 100 times
Temperature resistance up to 380℃ with thermal expansion matching error controlled within 6.6μm
Optimized blade geometry through three-dimensional flow field particle trajectory simulation (MERDIL algorithm)
Dual splitter structure reduces local erosion angle to 15°-25°
Surface coating thickness precisely controlled at 0.3-0.8mm with laser cladding transition layer
