The WNS series is a horizontal, internal combustion, three-pass, wet-back packaged steam boiler for industrial and commercial use, with a 0.5-20TPH capacity. It supports multi-fuel (natural gas, LPG, diesel) and gas-oil dual-fuel, featuring high efficiency, stability and full automation.
Working pressure options: 0.7MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.25MPa. Stable steam pressure ensures continuous production. Its horizontal wet-back design, corrugated furnace and three-pass flue gas structure, plus a large steam drum, guarantee dry, stable steam. Compact, space-saving and with a large heating area.
Core components: high-efficiency branded burners, full-auto PLC control cabinets, feed water pumps and basic accessories (optional water softeners). Steam separator, blowdown system and high-quality insulation boost efficiency and safety. Full-auto system supports one-key start/stop, auto water level/pressure control, easy to operate without dedicated personnel.
Excellent environmental performance: low-nitrogen combustion, low exhaust temperature, low noise and pollution. 92%-95% thermal efficiency, meeting Southeast Asian environmental standards. Comprehensive safety system (overpressure, water shortage, flameout protection and interlock control) ensures long-term safe operation.
Easy installation and maintenance. Finished packaged design for easy transportation, quick installation, simple pipeline connection, low maintenance cost and easy cleaning for quick use.
