Product description & Application:
Electric double girder under-slung rail-passing crane for maintain and repair coal mills
KSX type electric double girder under-slung rail-passing crane is a special lifting equipment for generator set.It is generally used to maintain and repair coal mills,the working class is A3(light class),the working temperature is -25~40°.
This type crane cannot used in these places which is filled with corrosive gas or relative humidity greater than 85%.It is not suitable to lift molten metal or toxic, flammable and explosive cargo.
This type crane is also suitable for users who need similar functions, and can be modified according to user needs, and the design can be improved.
Features at a glance:
KSX type Crane belongs to a kind of lifting machinery, which is a kind of crane for cyclic and intermittent motion. A working cycle includes: the hoist lifts the object from the picking place, then moves horizontally to the designated place to lower the object, and then performs the reverse movement to make the hoist return to the original position for the next cycle.
The European crane adopts a unique design concept, which has the characteristics of
1.small size,
2.light weight
3.small wheel pressure.
Compared with traditional cranes,
4.the limit distance from the hook to the wall is small, and the headroom is low. So cranes can work closer to the front and have a higher lifting height, which actually increases the effective working space of the existing workshop.
Due to the crane's light weight and small wheel pressure, the new workshop can be designed to be smaller and more fully functional.
5.Smaller plants mean considerable savings in initial construction investment, as well as long-term heating, air conditioning and other maintenance costs.
Product configuration:
This type crane is a set of combined equipment; it is composed of a 12.5-ton electric hoist trolley, an electric double-girder suspension crane (electric for the cart), a manual double-girder suspension crane (manual for the cart) and a rail-crossing device . The whole set has a unified electrical device and a push button switch for manipulation and control.
