Marine boom crane 1~40tons high quality with hydraulic slewing for ship
As the name implies, the crane is a ship crane whose boom can rotate along the joint rotation axis and realize the function of boom folding.The manufacture and inspection of Marine boom crane shall comply with GB/T3893 standard.
The crane can work reliably in port area or offshore water where the wind speed is not greater than Pu class 2, the ship roll is not more than 5°, the trim is not more than 2°, the wind speed is not more than 20m/s, and the corresponding wind pressure is not more than 250Pa.
The operation mode is mainly to the operator in the control console direct operation control, can also follow up the customer needs to provide wireless remote control: including lifting, descending, luffing, folding arm and rotary operation. Wireless remote control needs to have variable operating speed.
Configuration:
The basic components of Marine boom crane includes: lifting arm, folding arm oil cylinder, lifting winch, lube oil cylinder, tower body, slewing mechanism, base, hook, wire rope and operating system. Among them, the lifting arm includes the forearm and the rear arm, and the forearm and the rear arm are connected by hinge support. The Angle change of the forearm and the rear arm can be realized in the vertical plane through the folding arm cylinder (in which the folding arm can have multi-segment folding arm).
The crane has an automatic braking system, which is activated when the steering device is returned to the stop position or when the crane loses power source. The Automatic Braking System Includes the braking system of the lifting mechanism and the braking system of the rotatory mechanism. The cylinder balance valve can withstand 1.25 times the rated working load without the boom free falling.
This type crane has a quick action of emergency stop mechanism, in an emergency situation, the operator needs to stop the crane action, this mechanism can cut off the power source of the crane, and make the automatic control brake system play a role.
