Rail Mounted Container Gantry Crane(RMG) is a kind of rail mounted crane used to offload, stack and load 20ft, 40ft, 45ft ISO standard containers. Its provision of power is offered by cable reel. The crane contains three mechanisms: hoisting, trolley travelling and gantry travelling. The trolley running along the track mounted on gantry beam is capable to serve among legs. The crane is able to make straight movement along rails.

Firstly, we will supply gantry bridge crane design, gantry crane manual, gantry crane drawing, gantry crane wiring diagram, gantry crane electrical diagram and gantry crane safety video before or after delivery, our technician will do supervision the installation according to the document, of course, the customer can do installation by themselves according to their requirement.
After installation, our technician will indicate to do the load test according to the gantry crane load test procedure, then gantry crane operator training and gantry crane maintenance training, all the procedure will be made according to the gantry crane training videos and gantry crane training PowerPoint.
