10T MG Type Double Girder Gantry Crane Cab Control Trolley Operation
Electric double-girder gantry crane is composed of cart running mechanism, lower beam, outrigger, driver's cab, main beam, trolley running mechanism, hoisting mechanism, escalator, electrical appliances, etc. It is mainly composed of lower beam and trolley. The trolley is composed of an active wheel group and a driven wheel group, and the running mechanism includes components such as a motor, a reducer, a gear, and a wheel group.
The main components of the trolley running mechanism are similar to the trolley running mechanism. The motor is driven by the reducer, and the pinion on the reducer is then transmitted to the large gear, so that the trolley can travel back and forth. The lifting mechanism is installed on the trolley frame, and the lifting movement is realized by the hoist and the matching fixed pulley, movable pulley or hook.
