A Type&H Type Cages
| A type cage • Adopt hot-dip galvanization technology to ensure the service life of 15-20 years. • Long service life, high stability, and low cost of the equipment. • Semi-Automatic drinking and manure cleaning can help to save energy and improve the working efficiency. • Well ventilation, comfortable environment, easy to operate. • Low proportion between forage and egg, low production costs. Applicable to manual or semi-automatic, open chicken house raising. The breeding quantity is no more than 20k layers, recommended to use. •It also helps to save operator's time and labor cost, and improve raising performance. | H type cage • Adopt hot-dip galvanization technology to ensure the service life of 20-25 years. • H-type cage is the room saver, can reach more breeding quantity. • Automatic drinking, feeding, manure cleaning and egg collecting can greatly save energy and improve the working efficiency. • Long service life, high stability, and high output rate of return and comprehensive rate. • High degree of mechanization, high degree of hygiene in the chicken house, low irritating smell, and clean feces disposal in place. Equipment in Cages
The luminance of the LED light can be adjusted to meet the demand of the different day old bird.
Feed conveying and dispensing system uses PE pipe and auger imported from South Africa. The feed conveying speed is fast. It is easy to maintain.
The floor is made of polypropylene. It will not damage the birds' feet. It can be drawn out when catching the birds. The efficiency of birds catching is high.

Automatic Manure Cleaning System
PP conveyor belt with unique properties: high tensile strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistant, low-temperature resistant (can work in -50 degree centigrade), good toughness , low friction, which can adapt to various working environment abroad.
The Chain Feeding System
• Chain feeding is characterized by fast feeding, low noise and stable operation.
• The feeding is evenly distributed and the old feed will be renovated.
• Each layer of feeding line operates independently, not affected the chicken feeding during the operation.
• The feeding line includes safety pins, and the motor is overloaded and cut to protect the motor.
• Stable and reliable operation and low maintenance requirements.
• Scraper feeding, no lubrication and maintenance, high cost-effective.
• Drive at the corner position, with greater torque, and stronger feeding capacity, faster speed .
• The chain has moderate hardness, high tensile strength, large bearing tension, not easy to deform and low elongation. 110 spring feeding line, 2 motor driven, with transit box as standard.
• The corner structure is optimized, and the new corner structure is simpler, which can prevent blocking, overowing and holding of the feed.
