Broiler Equipment in Cages

1. The luminance of the LED light can be adjusted to meet the demand of the different day old bird.
2. Feed conveying and dispensing system uses PE pipe and auger imported from South Africa. The feed conveying speed is fast. It is easy to maintain.

3. The floor is made of polypropylene. It will not damage the birds' feet. It can be drawn out when catching the birds. The efficiency of birds catching is high.

4. Lifting lateral birds conveying system.

Feeding System

Feed pan is the core of feeding system. Feed in the hopper is delivered by the motor, through delivery pipe to fulfill feed pans one by one. When all feed pan is full of feed, control box will stop the motor from working; when feed in the feed pan is eaten up, control box will start the motor working again.

Drinking System Introduction

•By changing the direction of the handle of the ball value, realizing the normal water supply, irrigation, adding three functions.

• The front end component, is an important link in the drinking water system, such as pressure control, water control, ushing, dosing etc, should be adjusted in strict accordance with the instructions for using. 

• The ushing has unique design, ensures the ushing when sufcient water.

Nipple Drinking System

Nipple drinking system provides flesh and clean water for birds,which is very vital to let the birds have a good growing performance. Meanwhile,nipple drinking system can make the poultry house environment better. The nipple drinking system has been become the necessary equipment for stander poultry feeding.

Automatic Manure Cleaning System

PP conveyor belt with unique properties: high tensile strength, impact resistance, corrosion resistant, low-temperature resistant (can work in -50 degree centigrade), good toughness , low friction, which can adapt to various working environment abroad.
