The most common specifications for Steel Palisade Fencing is 1.8M high and 2.5M wide. Preservative treatment of this type of fencing includes: electrostatic galvanized, hot dip galvanized, polyester powder coated, PVC coated, etc. Powder coated and PVC coated Steel Palisade Fencing due to its low price and durability are very popular among customers. Durable, strong corrosion-resistant, long service life are some of the characteristics of this type of fencing system.
Specifications of galvanized steel palisade fence panels
Posts-100mm*55mm RSJ or102mm*44mm RSJ or127mm*76mm RSJ depending on height of the fence.Posts installed at 2.75m centers.
Rails-Generally 50mm*50mm*6mm RSA-2no per bay.3no per bay in more secure ares.
Pales-3mm thick D section or 2mm thick W section are the standard. The tops are generally trple pointed or rounded and notched.17no per 2.75m bay.
Fixings-M12 permacone nuts and bolts connect the rails to a fish plate that slides through slots in the posts.M8 permacone nuts and bolts or 6mm antivandal rivets connect the pales to the rails.
Finish-Galvanized to B,S EN ISO1461 as standard. There is also a option for the fence to be Polyester Powder Coated to a color or you choice.
Heights-Standard height are 900mm(3ft),1.2m(4ft)1.5m(5ft),1.8m(6ft),2m(6ft6),2.1m(7ft),2.4m(8ft),2.75m(9ft),3m(10ft),3.6m(12ft).
Gates-Single Leaf,Double Leaf and Sliding Gates are all available made of measure.
