Our Production Process:
3D model drawing will load out exact steel structure details drawing and forward to the workshop department. By details drawing, the production process will start.
Steel plates cutting → Assembly → Submerged Arc Welding → Straightening → Laser cutting & Steel plated welding
After all the assembly, shot blasting to remove the rust. Finally coating to resist the rust and corrosion.
Then steel pallet package for the shippment. Each step will be checked by our quality inspection.
The steel pallet packing method is to use steel pallet for main steel frame. This method can be better to protect the steel frame, and the loading and unloading will be fast and convenient since it could be taken as a whole.(see attached photo). The best advantage can save the containers quantity, so it will save the cost of ocean freight, save unlading time and cost.
Upon customer request, we could send our engineer to guide the installation, or a small team to install at the same time, teaching local workers to install, or enough workers to install all the goods by ourselves. It depends on whether the cost is economic.
