SPTE TFS Alkali Resistance Tin PlatedSheet Electrolytic Tin Plate For Food Packaging

SPTE (tin-plated steel sheet) TFS (tin-free steel sheet) alkali-resistant tinplate is an electrolytic tin plate specially used for food packaging. It uses high-quality low-carbon steel as the substrate and coats a uniform layer of tin on the surface through an electrolytic process. For the TFS type, although it is called tin-free steel sheet, it is actually coated with one or more layers of organic coating on the steel substrate to replace the traditional tin coating to achieve similar performance.

Performance characteristics:

1. Corrosion resistance: It has excellent alkali resistance and can resist the erosion of alkaline substances that may exist in food. The tin coating or organic coating acts as a barrier to effectively block air and moisture from contacting the steel substrate, prevent rust, and ensure the integrity of food packaging during storage and transportation.

2. Hygiene and safety: It meets food hygiene standards. The tin coating or organic coating of TFS is non-toxic and tasteless, and will not release harmful substances into food, ensuring the safety and quality of food.

3. Good processing performance: The low-carbon steel material of the substrate gives it good ductility and toughness, and it is easy to perform stamping, stretching, bending and other processing operations. It can be made into food packaging containers of various shapes, such as cans, bottle caps, food boxes, etc., to meet the needs of different food packaging.
