Light steel structure building is a new  type of building structure system, which is formed by the main steel framework linking up square tube, C section steel components, roof andwalls using a single sheet& glasswool blanket&single sheet and other components such as windows, doors, etc.

Main steel frame we adopt hot-dip galvanizing,C section or steel tube truss beam to reduce self-weight of design load and dosage of the steel. At the same time, hot-dip galvanized can widely improve anti-corrosion of the steel.

      Roof purlin using the hot-dip galvanized Z or C section. All components adopt bolted connection, no welding, which makes the structure overall appearance smooth.

  In order to satisfy the protecting material for 30 years, the outside roof is 0.5 mm aluminum zinc color steel plate. To prevent dewing phenomenon, 50 mm aluminum foil glass wool is laid at the bottom of the roof plate (can be customized according to the climatic conditions). To prevent sagging of the fiber wool, the wire mesh is added, which effectively improve the utilization rate of the glass wool insulation and moisture proof. To add ceiling panels below steel trusses and the ceiling panels laid horizontally is composite color plate, which not only improves the overall stability of steel trusses, but also plays a very good thermal insulation effect. The inside and outside walls laid horizontally is hot-dip galvanized color steel plate, which are all used self-tapping screw to connect into a whole, effectively increasing the lateral stability of steel columns. The indoor humidity is relatively large, so a layer of plastic film is added in order to prevent moisture from entering the fiber glass wool.

1.Main feeding system

This system delivers feed from the silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line which control the motor on and off automatical to release 

automatic delivery. 

2.Poultry feed pan system

This system deliver feed automatically through motor under the control of feed sensor,which

ensure birds feeding during whole growing period

3.Nipple drinking system

This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of

poultry.The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and

makes drinking easier. 

4.Ventilation system

This system controls climate conditions,fresh air,humidity and temperature in poultry shed,it

is vital for growing birds. This system include Poultry house fan, Cooling pad,Air inlet window.

5.Environmental control system

This system saves the labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum

growth environment of the chickens. It is imported from Israel can set an optimum working mode

according to the local climate and raising environment.

6.Spraying system

This system effectively cools,humidifies,dedusts and disinfects the henhouse(the temerature is

quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes).
