Modern Steel Structure Buildings Covering Multiple Fields
I. Overview
Our steel structure buildings take "efficient construction, sturdiness and durability, and flexible adaptation" as their core. They are widely used in non-breeding scenarios such as industrial workshops, commercial venues, civil buildings, and storage spaces. They are modern architectural choices that replace traditional brick-concrete and brick-wood structures, and can meet the diverse needs of different industries for building space, load-bearing capacity, and construction period.
Commercial and Public FieldCommercial venues (e.g., supermarkets, exhibition halls, temporary exhibition setups), cultural and sports venues (basketball courts, badminton halls, small auditoriums);Transportation supporting facilities (highway service areas, toll booths, bus shelters), public facilities (community activity centers, waste disposal stations).
Warehousing and Logistics FieldGeneral warehouses (normal-temperature warehouses, e-commerce logistics warehouses), cold-chain warehouses (equipped with thermal insulation layers and refrigeration equipment);Logistics transfer stations (goods sorting platforms, loading/unloading canopies, vehicle maintenance workshops).
We use national standard steel grades Q235B/Q355B. Their tensile/yield strength exceeds that of traditional building materials, enabling resistance to magnitude 8 earthquakes and category 12 typhoons. They can withstand a snow load of 0.7kN/㎡ and a wind load of 0.6kN/㎡, making them suitable for various climates.
•Anti-Corrosion & Durability
The surface is either hot-dip galvanized (zinc coating ≥85μm) or fluorocarbon-sprayed, providing rust and aging resistance. They can still be used for 20-30 years in humid, coastal, or industrially polluted environments.
•Stable Load-Bearing Capacity
With truss/rigid frame design, the floor load-bearing capacity reaches 3kN/㎡ (meeting the needs of equipment/goods). The roof can support photovoltaic panels and large air conditioning outdoor units.
IV. Customized Services
• Design Customization
Based on site dimensions (e.g., 50m in length × 20m in width, 100m in length × 30m in width) and functional requirements (load-bearing capacity, span, floor height), we provide CAD 3D design drawings and structural calculation reports to ensure compliance with building codes.
• Functional Upgrades
Supporting accessories can be added as needed, such as thermal insulation layers (rock wool, glass wool), fire-resistant panels, sound insulation materials, roof lighting belts, and electric roller shutters. These upgrades meet special needs like energy conservation, fire prevention, and lighting.
• Full-Process Support
We offer "one-stop" services covering the entire process: from early-stage on-site surveys and scheme design, to factory production, logistics and transportation, on-site installation, and finally to completion acceptance and after-sales maintenance. This solves all potential worries for clients.
Packing & Loading:
All the structure components, panels,bolts and sort of accessories will bewell packed with standard package suitable ocean transportation and loaded into 40’HQ.
All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory using crane and forklift by our skilled workers,who will prevent the goods to be damaged.
