TP304H The higher carbon provides significantly improved high-temperature strength (creep strength) compared to standard TP304 or TP304L. This is essential for components operating under stress at temperatures above ~525°C (977°F), such as in furnace convection sections.
In industrial furnace systems, stainless steel serrated finned tubes serve as core heat transfer enhancement components, whose primary function is to improve the heat exchange efficiency between the flue gas inside the furnace and the medium within the tubes (e.g., thermal oil, water, steam or process fluids). Meanwhile, relying on the high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of stainless steel, these tubes are suitable for the high-temperature and corrosive flue gas working conditions of industrial furnaces.
