Our ASTM A376 TP347H HFW 11Cr Solid Finned Tube is a high-performance heat exchange component specifically engineered for harsh high-temperature and corrosive environments. Combining a premium base tube with high-chromium alloy fins, it delivers exceptional heat transfer efficiency, structural stability, and long-term durability, making it an ideal choice for critical industrial applications.

 

Core Specifications:

1. Base Tube: ASTM A376 TP347H Seamless Pipe
Conforms to ASTM A376 standard, grade TP347H (UNS S34709) — a niobium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel with high carbon content. This grade offers excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion in the temperature range of 427–816°C (800–1500°F) and superior creep strength at elevated temperatures up to approximately 850°C.

(1) Chemical Composition (wt%)

The addition of niobium (columbium) is a key feature, as it prevents intergranular corrosion by forming carbides instead of allowing chromium carbides to precipitate at grain boundaries.

2. Fin Type: HFW Solid Finned Tube
Fin Material: 11Cr

  • Equipped with solid helical fins, which are continuously welded to the outer surface of the base tube via HFW process. This seamless attachment method maximizes the contact area between fins and the base tube, enhancing heat transfer efficiency and preventing fin detachment under extreme conditions.
  • 11Cr alloy fins (containing approximately 11% chromium, such as grades P9, P11, or 12CrMoV). The 11Cr alloy boasts excellent high-temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance, along with good thermal conductivity and mechanical strength, perfectly complementing the TP347H base tube to ensure long-term stable operation.
