And they combine the exceptional material properties of P9 steel with improve heat transfer surfaces to meet the extreme demands of boiler and HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) systems.

ASTM A335 P9 ,also known as 9Cr-1Mo,Iit is a ferritic chromium-molybdenum alloy steel seamless pipe, optimized for elevated-temperature service. P9 pipes have high-temperature strength,excellent creep resistance and mechanical stability up to 600°C (1112°F).And about oxidation & sulfidation resistance: , have high chromium content provides superior resistance to scaling and corrosion in flue gas/steam environments.
Application
Air Preheaters: Heat combustion air to improve furnace efficiency.
Economizers: Preheat boiler feedwater using low-temperature flue gas.
Boiler Superheaters & Reheaters: Heat steam from high-temperature flue gas.
