Manufactured from ASTM A213 TP316L, a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel, it offers superior corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and excellent formability and weldability, making it a critical component for thermal efficiency and long-term equipment reliability.

2. Key Advantages
The addition of Molybdenum (Mo) in TP316L provides enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion compared to 304 series, making it ideal for chloride-containing environments.
The "L" grade denotes a maximum carbon content of 0.030%, which minimizes the risk of carbide precipitation during welding and exposure to the sensitization temperature range (425-860°C), thus preventing intergranular corrosion.
Maintains good mechanical strength and creep resistance at elevated temperatures, ensuring structural integrity under prolonged service.
Advanced bending techniques ensure uniform wall thickness, no wrinkling, or excessive thinning at the U-bend. The smooth inner surface minimizes pressure drop and maintains consistent heat transfer efficiency.
