Mechanical Properties

The base tube strictly adheres to ASTM A179/ASME SA179 international standards, utilizing high-purity low-carbon steel with an optimized chemical composition and manufactured via a seamless cold-drawing process. The material features uniform wall thickness, a dense microstructure, and stable mechanical properties—offering a combination of excellent low-temperature toughness and tensile strength that effectively resists deformation and cracking under long-term cyclic temperature and pressure conditions. Its low-carbon composition imparts superior weldability and machinability, facilitating flexible cutting, welding, and assembly to meet diverse equipment layout requirements.
